Read-only social intelligence onboarding checklist
A secure, low-friction handover for evaluating owned-channel performance, conversation and campaign impact. Santos retains control of all accounts, publishing and media placement.
What Santos technology team needs to do
- Nominate a digital owner and technology/security contact.
- Complete the account inventory: every current Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and other owned channel, including account URL/ID and current agency.
- Grant the lowest available read-only analytics role to the nominated Behaviour service identity, or approve a Santos-managed aggregate export/API feed.
- Join a 20-minute connection check to confirm scope, account identity, sample date range and absence of write capability.

Page/Instagram Insights, post and paid delivery exports, comments/moderation tags and tagged referral performance.
YouTube
YouTube Analytics read-only consent. Channel/video performance, retention, traffic sources and tagged referral outcomes.
Organisation analytics
Organisation analyst/reporting access for follower, visitor and update analytics. No publishing or lead access.
X, TikTok and confirmed channels
Read-only reporting export or platform-approved analytics access after the account inventory is verified.
Connection acceptance receipt
Behaviour will return one receipt per connection showing:
- account identity and owner;
- approved role/scope and expiry/review date;
- successful aggregate fetch or export sample;
- baseline date range imported; and
- confirmation that publish, placement, audience, billing and direct-message actions are unavailable.
